TERMS AND CONDITIONS BLACK FRIDAY CAMPAIGN

Each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions by their participation in the campaign. Each entrant agrees to be bounded by the terms and conditions.

  • This campaign is open to all XOX Mobile susbcribers (herein known as “Participants”) who is a Malaysian resident with a valid MyKad and address in Malaysia, aged TWELVE (12) years and above as of 16th October 2020.
  • Open to All XOX Subscribers who are Malaysian citizens with at least 12 years of age, will be eligible to join the campaign.
  • The participation of permanent, contract and/or temporary staff or employees of XOX Group and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers, and sisters) is strictly prohibited.)
  • The participation of Dealers on this campaign is not eligible.
  • During campaign period, subscribers who successfully perform below action within each campaign period will be entitled for lucky draw to win voucher or product to be purchased at 50% discount price:

Remark: The entry earns for each campaign period is only for selected date and will be decided by XOX.

  • Participants MUST only Pay Bill, Top up, Top up eWallet & Purchase Happy Hour/ Season Pass via using Online Banking & Credit Card ONLY.
  • The lucky draw entry is only for XOX number that Pay Bill, Top up, Top up eWallet & Purchase Happy Hour/Season Pass via Online Banking & Credit Card only, provided all the terms and conditions are fulfilled.
  • If any subscribers or non-subscribers Pay Bill, Top up, Top up eWallet & Purchase Happy Hour/ Season Pass only the XOX number who receive the Pay Bill, Top up, Top up eWallet & Purchase Happy Hour/ Season Pass entitled for the entry.

  • There is no maximum number of entries per Participant if Participants meet the Contest Entry criteria during the Contest Period. Participant may submit multiple entries to participate in the lucky draw to increase their odds of winning the prize.
  • The campaign will be separated into 11 Period as below:
16/10/2020 – 22/10/2020 – Week 1
23/10/2020 – 29/10/2020 – Week 2
30/10/2020 – 05/11/2020 – Week 3
06/11/2020 – 12/11/2020 – Week 4
13/11/2020 – 19/11/2020 – Week 5
20/11/2020 – 26/11/2020 – Week 6
27/11/2020 – 03/12/2020 – Week 7
04/12/2020 – 10/12/2020 – Week 8

  • The winners of the Lucky Draw will be announced on the following day after the last date of the campaign week. Eg: 16/10/2020 – 22/10/2020 – Week 1 and the winner of week 1 will be announced on 23rd. Remark: The winner will be contacted for prize collection on Friday at 3.30pm and Winner announcement will be made.
  • The winner will be contacted by XOX and product will be available for collection within 14 – 23 working days after the winner announcement.
  • Winners are required to collect and make payment using credit/debit card within 5 working days during office hour after products are available for collection. (Winner will be disqualified to purchase the products if he/she fail to do so and next winner will be selected and required to collect and make payment within 5 working days during office hours)
  • XOX will contact the winner(s) (3 attempts). *Prizes will go to another winner if the winner cannot be contacted or forfeit* If in any scenarios that there is no winner for selected products, the product purchased will be used in other campaigns.
  • The prize collection and payment should be made at XOX Headquarters Menara Lien Ho, 8th Floor, Persiaran Tropicana, Golf & Country Resort, 47410, Petaling Jaya Selangor Darul Ehsan.
  • If the winner unable to collect the Prize, they can send their representative for the Prize Collection with Authorization Letter.
  • XOX will not bear any risk or extra charges of shipment if the winner required XOX to do shipment.
  • The Digital Voucher will be credited into the winner’s BLACK App reward account except for physical voucher.
  • All Campaign Prizes are non-transferable and/or non-exchangeable and/or non-redeemable for cash or credit or any other value in any form.
  • XOX reserves the right to change and modify the reward at the time of purchasing and subject to the stock & availability of the voucher/product.
  • XOX reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use and/or Campaign Terms and Conditions at any time.

Campaign Period:

  • The campaign will start from 16th October 2020 and end on 31st December 2020.

General

  • The Organiser has the right to revoke the eligibility of customers who fail to comply with the promotion purchase procedures set out by the Organiser. The Organiser will not be responsible for missing or late notices that were caused by factors outside of the Organiser’s control.
  • Promotion item cannot be exchanged for cash or for sale and is subject to terms and conditions stated herein. Any correspondence, enquiries, appeals or protests will not be entertained.
  • XOX reserves the right to change or replace any of the offered promotion item with any XOX products of equivalent value at any time without giving any prior notice to the participants.
  • XOX, its related and associated companies, and its agencies and companies associated with this Campaign disclaim any and all liability arising from this Campaign and will not be liable for any loss (Including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (Whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) resulting from their participation in this Campaign, redemption and/or usage of the prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (In which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
